Five years...

Somehow that number doesn't seem big enough to capture everything that has happened because of one incredible person.

This week we celebrate Janel, our amazing physical therapist, on her 5-year anniversary with our team, and we couldn't let the moment pass without saying just how grateful we are.

In a field where people often measure success by milestones and progress, she has always reminded us that the greatest impact happens in the moments in between—the patient encouragement, the unwavering belief in every child, the joyful celebrations of the smallest victories, and the countless times she has helped families feel hopeful when the road ahead felt uncertain.

She is the kind of therapist every family hopes to find. Skilled, compassionate, endlessly patient, and deeply invested in every child who walks through our doors. She doesn't just help children build strength, balance, and confidence—she helps them discover what they're capable of.

But what makes her truly special goes beyond her clinical expertise.

She is the teammate who quietly steps in when someone needs help. The steady presence during difficult days. The person who celebrates everyone else's successes just as enthusiastically as her own. She leads with kindness, humility, and genuine care, and our clinic is better because of it.

Five years means hundreds of children, countless milestones, thousands of smiles, and an immeasurable impact on the families who have trusted us with their care. It also means five years of making our team stronger, our culture kinder, and our mission more meaningful.

To our incredible PT—thank you for showing up with your whole heart every single day. Thank you for believing in children before they believe in themselves. Thank you for making our clinic a place where families feel seen, supported, and encouraged.
