Latest Updates 3/17/20

Mar 17 , 2020

Your child’s therapy needs as well as their health and safety are extremely important to us. We want to give you a quick update about alternatives we are investigating as well as measures we are taking in the clinic to ensure everyone’s safety.

As of now, the clinic is still open. We are continually re-assessing as things progress. We are asking patients to wait in their cars until their scheduled appointment time and strongly encouraging parents to wait in the car during their child’s therapy session in an attempt to limit people in the lobby. We have been actively condensing therapist schedules and re-distributing client appointments in order to reduce the number of people in the clinic.

We have been looking into options for virtual therapy for those families who are interested now, or in the future. At this point, we are unsure about insurance coverage, but will begin by offering this option at a reduced private pay rate while we investigate this further. If you think you might be interested in this option, please email us at so we can investigate your specific plan, provide you with options and further instructions. For now, we will continue to offer appointments in the clinic with an aggressive goal of fewer than 10 people in the clinic at a given time, in addition to our other precautionary measures.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us. We can be reached at either office phone (possible delays may occur as at times we are responding remotely), or by email.
